Colorado Springs Pulmonary Consultants, P.C. (CSPC) will provide essential pulmonary clinic services regardless of the patient’s ability to pay. A sliding fee schedule is used to calculate a discount off the practice’s fee schedule. Please download our discounted fee schedule policy PDF form below.

Colorado Springs Pulmonary Consultants’ in compliance with the Transparency in Healthcare Prices Act (Senate Bill 17-065) is to post a list of the top 15 billing codes and our standard charge to patients that receive services at our office. Keep in mind that your level of charge code is determined by your provider at the time of service. The practice performs services in both the “office” and “hospital” setting. Our pricing may change from time-to-time (updated annually) and remember these are estimated charges and there could be more than one code charged for a visit, i.e., an office service and a procedure performed during the same visit. The actual charges for health care services are dependent on the circumstances at the time the service is rendered.

If you are covered by health insurance, you are strongly encouraged to consult with your health insurer to determine accurate information about your financial responsibility for a particular health care service provided by a healthcare provider of this office. If you are not covered by health insurance, you are strongly encouraged to contact our office 719.471.7064 to discuss payment options prior to receiving a healthcare service from our office since posted health care prices may not reflect the actual amount of your financial responsibility.
